Really hard to predict FPS here, but I believe it will be about 25-30 fps on medium settings in native resolution. On another hand intel i5 is good CPU for Unreal Engine 4 and performance-wise it is more than enough and it may compensate your internal videocard but it is still internal videocard after all and is not match for external videocards in terms of performance - and Unreal Engine 4 is known to be very GPU-heavy in other words, in case of Intel Graphics 620 - RAM is doing two things: an actual RAM work and processing/rendering all graphics so with 8GB on a board you will get twice more room for graphics than with 4GB
